I spent most of my life thinking something was wrong with me.

I didn’t understand my brain.
Didn’t have the language for my emotions.
Didn’t know that surviving chaos can look a lot like failure when no one sees what you’re carrying.

I’ve been in therapy for years. I’ve tried almost every coping tool on the shelf.
I’m on daily medication—yep, the kind people like to whisper about—and guess what? It doesn’t make me broken.
It makes me functional. It gives me space to breathe and show up as myself. Finally.

And no—it’s not just the meds.
It’s meditation.
It’s nervous system regulation.
It’s long-ass walks with playlists that crack me wide open.
It’s trauma processing, music blasting, deep breathing, ugly crying, herbal tea, setting boundaries, taking naps, rage-cleaning, and holding my inner child like her life depends on it.

Because it did. And still does.

I used to be afraid of people knowing this stuff about me.
Now I’m afraid of not sharing it—because someone out there still thinks they’re alone in this.

You’re not.
Mental health is health.
Meds aren’t weakness.
Therapy isn’t shameful.
And talking about it? That’s how we heal.

💊 I take medication.
💬 I go to therapy.
🧘‍♀️ I meditate and regulate.
🔥 I fall apart and rebuild again.
📢 I speak my truth—and I invite you to speak yours.

Let’s create a world where this isn’t brave—it’s just normal.
