About Live Your Truth Lab
This Isn’t a Website. It’s a Place to Land.
Live Your Truth Lab exists because a lot of us were never given a safe place to figure ourselves out.
Not quietly.
Not perfectly.
Not on a cute timeline.
This is a space for people who are tired of pretending they’re fine, tired of being told to “just think positive,” and tired of feeling like they’re doing healing wrong.
Here, you don’t have to know the answers.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to rush.
You just have to show up as you are.
About Me (Hiiiiieeeeeee. It’s Me.)
I didn’t wake up one day and decide to build a platform.
I was surviving.
Grief wrecked me.
Trauma peeled me open.
And at some point, I realized I didn’t know who I was without being in survival mode.
For most of my life, I thought I needed to be fixed.
Turns out, I needed safety. And honesty. And permission to be myself.
So I started learning. About psychology. About the nervous system. About why we do what we do when we’re overwhelmed, grieving, masking, or stuck in old patterns.
Live Your Truth Lab grew out of that process.
I’m not here above you.
I’m here next to you.
If you’re thinking:
“I should be further along than this.”
“Why is this still so hard?”
“I know better… so why can’t I do better yet?”
Let me say this clearly:
You can do this.
Not all at once. Not perfectly. But for real.
How Healing Works Here (No Weird Rules)
Healing here doesn’t follow steps.
It follows you.
Some days you’ll want insight.
Some days you’ll want humor.
Some days you’ll want music, quiet, or someone to say “same.”
All of that counts.
This space is built on a few non-negotiables:
You are not broken
Healing isn’t linear
Awareness gives you options
Humor and pain can exist together
Your nervous system matters
You know your own experience better than anyone else
No fixing. No forcing. No pretending.
The Pillars (These Aren’t Checkboxes)
These are themes you’ll circle back to — not a ladder to climb:
Awareness
Identity
Safety
Calm
Self-Trust
Authenticity
Connection
Resilience
Rewiring
Integrity
Meaning
Renewal
You don’t “complete” them.
You build a relationship with them.
The Labs (Pick What You Need)
Think of the labs like rooms. You don’t have to visit them all.
Feelings Hub – for naming what’s actually going on inside
Trauma Lab – for deeper nervous system work
Music & Frequency Lab – because sound helps when words don’t
Humor Lab (Traumadies) – because sometimes laughing is survival
Storytelling Lab – for telling the truth out loud
Neurodivergent Corner – for brains that don’t fit the mold
You choose. You wander. You come back when you’re ready.
Community (No Pressure, No Performative Stuff)
You don’t have to use your real name.
You don’t have to share if you don’t want to.
You can:
pick an avatar
check in with how you’re feeling
read quietly
jump in when it feels right
Community spaces include:
What Did You Learn Today?
The Hug Wall
small pods
open mic + story submissions
You belong even if you’re quiet.
Music & Healing (Because This Matters)
Music isn’t decoration here.
It’s regulation.
Playlists. Frequencies. Background sound you can control based on what you need in the moment — grounding, calming, focus, or release.
Sometimes the nervous system needs music before it can handle words.
Start Here (If You’re Like “Okay… Now What?”)
If you’re not sure where to begin — good. That means you’re human.
Start with the Start Here Assessment.
It’ll point you toward what might actually help right now.
No pressure. No deadline.
Before You Go
You’re not behind.
You’re not failing healing.
You’re not doing this wrong.
And yeah…
You can do it.
