Stop Surviving: The Invisible Damage.
Today is World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day.
And here in the Lab, we’re talking about the damage people often can’t see: the confusion, the self-doubt, the nervous system chaos, the identity loss, the masking, the walking-on-eggshells version of survival.
Narcissistic abuse is not just “someone being mean.” It is often part of a larger pattern of emotional abuse, coercive control, manipulation, gaslighting, isolation, and power imbalance. Domestic violence can include emotional, psychological, economic, technological, sexual, and physical abuse, not just visible injuries.
This week’s theme:
The Invisible Damage
Because sometimes the deepest wounds are the ones nobody clapped eyes on.
Call to action:
If this hits something in you, come into the School community this week. We’re naming what happened, learning what survival mode does to the brain and body, and starting the work of coming back home to ourselves.
You were not “too sensitive.”
You were adapting to unsafe patterns.
This week in Live Your Truth Lab, we’re talking about the invisible damage of narcissistic abuse, survival mode, and what it takes to rebuild after being emotionally erased.
June 1 starts the conversation. We’re doing better here in the Lab. 🧪💜WNAAD is recognized annually on June 1 and focuses on awareness, survivor support, education, and recovery resources.
